Romans 9:27, The Love of Many Shall Wax Cold
Romans 9:27 (KJV) 27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:
The Apostle Paul revealed the spiritual state of the Israel, that though there is a multitude, yet only a remnant shall be saved. Jesus said that in the days prior to His coming, the spiritual state of the church will be cold, faith will be wanting. There is a remnant of His people whom God will use to prepare the world to meet their Christ.
In another passage in Thessalonians, the Apostle Paul speaks concerning the falling away of the church in the days prior to the rise of the Antichrist. I believe we are living in those days. In Europe, there is a movement towards a cashless society. This is happening real time as we speak. A microchip will be used for financial transactions.
Coming from an electronics background in the semiconductor industry, I realize that this is entirely possible with advances in technology. God’s people need to see the signs of the times and be awakened to the perils of a world preparing for the rise of a world dictator. Will it be in our lifetime or that of our children? We need to prepare this generation to meet their God. May God open our spiritual eyes. Amen.
