1 Corinthians 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

The believer, with the indwelling Holy Spirit, is able to understand and judge spiritual matters. And yet, the unbeliever cannot judge him. He is able to discern spiritual matters and is in the position to make true assess by the enabling and help of the Holy Spirit.

However, the spiritual man must take the time to study the mind of God through his Word through prayer so that the truth may saturate and guide his mind and actions. The Lord has provided for us in the local church avenues to study God’s Word to gain this knowledge and understand to judge spiritual matters. Let us make time and take heart to know God’s Word in all its facets.

May the Lord help His people to be diligent students of His Word that we may be fit vessels for His kingdom sake. Amen.
