1 Corinthians 16:17-18, They Have Refreshed My Spirit and Yours

1 Corinthians 16:17-18 I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied. For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.

The Apostle Paul received much joy in the fellowship of three from the church in Corinth who brought refreshing to him by their coming. He urged the church in Corinth to acknowledge the good work that they have wrought to strengthen himself and brought his greetings and prayers through them to the church in Corinth.

Thank God for the thoughtful saints who blessed God’s servants through their fellowship. Indeed, these are expressions of God-sent blessing to God’s servants so that they may be refreshed and strengthened to serve the Lord.

May God raise up encouragers to support and strengthen the hands of God’s servants. Amen.
