1 Corinthians 16:23 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

The parting note of ardent prayer for God’s blessing to be upon His people is most fitting and comforting. The Lord is the bestowal of blessings. Unless the Lord shows favour, God’s people are without strength and wisdom to move forward in life. It is all by the grace of God that we are who we are, sinners saved by grace.

It is a humble reminder that we need God. And that He is at the right hand of the Father in heaven interceding for us. We can trust His grace to move forward with confidence that He will be with us all the way.

 Hebrews 10:35-36 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.  Amen.
