Jeremiah 17:14 Forsake Not the LORD

Jeremiah 17:14 (KJV)  Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise. 

When will the LORD not heal and when will LORD not save? When His children decided that they will not call upon Him anymore. In the time of their desertion!

Jeremiah 17:13 (KJV)  O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters. 

It is from the LORD, the fountain of living waters, that we have our being. By Him, we are quenched of our thirst and nourished in our soul.

Let us consider clinging on to Him and call to Him for healing and deliverance. He is our refuge in times of trouble. Let Israel continue to hope in the LORD.

Psalm 130:7 (KJV)  Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption. 

May the LORD be our continual praise this new day. Amen.
