John 20:31 Believe Jesus is the Christ

John 20:31 (KJV)  But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. 

This is the way to eternal life. Believe that Jesus is the Christ. For Jesus is the Son of God. The written testimony of the Scriptures still stands true today. The promise of God to save souls through the Name of Jesus Christ is as real as the time when it was written by the Apostle John.

Let us, therefore, take hold of Christ through Jesus, and receive this day the fullness of joy and peace. This was the last word of the Gospel of John.
