Isaiah 41:10 He Will Hold Me Fast

Isaiah 41:10 (KJV)  Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. 

In the face of adversity, God assures His people to fear not! As the storm rages, and the people of God are wont of solution to their dire predicament, we are assured of His presence to go with us through the storm.

Our God encourages us so that we be not dismayed. To be dismayed is to gaze with anxiety. He promises His strength for the weak and frightened who comes to Him.

We are upheld through Christ. Righteousness comes from Him and emanates from Him, our righteousness. It is by Him we have access to God’s favour through Christ. We are reconciled and made strong through Him.

Let us therefore come to Him. Amen.
