Hebrews 7:25 Christ Is Able to Save

Hebrews 7:25 (KJV)  Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. 

Christ has an everlasting priesthood for we see that He has risen from the dead to live forever. His work is as a continual Intercessor for His people, pleading the causes of His people before the Father.

Christ has access to the Father’s favour. He granted this privilege to those whom He intercedes that the Father’s favour may be upon us through Him.

Hebrews 1:3 (KJV)  … when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; 

Hebrews 4:14 (KJV)  Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 

Hebrews 4:16 (KJV)  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. 

Indeed, He is able to save us to the uttermost! Amen.
