Ephesians 6:18 With All Prayer and Supplication

Ephesians 6:18 (KJV)  Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; 

Spiritual battle’s final and most lethal weapon is prayer. We are to be praying always. Praying unceasingly and praying continually or continuously. This is the saint’s communion with God. This strong fellowship with God through prayer keeps us on guard against the attack of the evil one.

Prayer is also specific, from the heart, that is to supplicate in the Spirit.

There is a watchfulness, alertness of the spirit, to keep awake and not slumber. There is a persevering spirit. Let us therefore pray. Let the scope of our prayer be widened so that our prayer is for all saints.

A commendable spiritual disposition for our emulation. Amen.
