Proverbs 18:10 Safety in the LORD

Proverbs 18:10 (KJV)  The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. 

There is safety in the LORD against the onslaught of the world that seeks to tear the believer from his peace. But in the LORD there is victory.

1 John 5:4 (KJV)  For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 

1 John 5:5 (KJV)  Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? 

In the Lord Jesus Christ is protection. Indeed, The Name of Jesus is a strong tower, the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.

John 14:6 (KJV)  Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

May we seek refuge in Christ for He alone is our strong tower, in Him we find righteousness to cloth our filth and strength to lead the day. Amen.
