Ephesians 2:6 Sit Together in Heavenly Places in Christ Jesus

Ephesians 2:6 (KJV)  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 

Believers are one with Christ. In His death, resurrection, and ascension. Believers die and live with Him. Dead to sin and alive to righteousness and holiness. The honour and glory of Christ’s exaltation are ours as we sit with Him together in heavenly places. He is triumphant and we too triumph in Him.

As such, we can look down at our problems. For in Christ, we are overcomers and victors. The world, the self, and the devil cannot molest us as we are raised up to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

We have a heavenly affection and we have an eternal heavenly destiny and future – Ephesians 2:7 (KJV)  That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 

We await the time of our change with rejoicing and rest in peace and joy holding fast to the truth of God’s Word. Amen.
