Romans 8:11 The Resurrection Life

Romans 8:11 (KJV)  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. 

Romans 8:10 (KJV)  And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 

The life of Christ manifests itself in the life of the believer in the putting away of sin by a life of righteousness. Christ gives this righteousness and this righteousness emanates as a result of the Spirit of Christ dwelling in the believer.

By the resurrection of Christ, sin and death are conquered and vanquished, victory is assured and secured. Such a life is precious and praiseworthy, all glory to God. The glory of the resurrected Christ brings hope and peace. All who encounter Christ in His resurrection body saw the power of eternal life manifested in full glory and are assured of the promise of sins forgiven.

Fear is vanquished, there is holy courage and boldness to live for His glory. Amen.
