Psalm 7:17 Praise and Sing Praise

Psalm 7:17 (KJV)  I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high. 

The righteousness of the LORD is bound up in the Person of His Son Jesus Christ.

Philippians 3:9 (KJV)  And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: 

By Him, we receive righteousness and by Him we are enabled to live in righteousness. Indeed, He is worthy of praise.

Not only is the LORD worthy of our praise, the psalmist testified that he will sing praise to the Name of the LORD most high. Jesus is God, in Him, we have our being. Through Him, our prayers are answered.

The LORD is with us, we can trust Him to deliver us in every trial and temptation. We can trust Him to care for us as we commit ourselves in faith to His care. Amen.
