1 Timothy 2:8 Men Pray Every Where

1 Timothy 2:8 (KJV)  I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. 

Holy hands refer to hands not defiled by sin, these praying men are true men of God, with a pure heart in consecration, making supplications to God.

And this is not restricted to the worship setting, but at home, in the workplace, and wherever God would bring them.

And the hearts of these are to be without wrath or anger and bitterness. There is a devotion borne out of the love of God and His Word. Amen.
