Romans 15:13 Filled With All Joy and Peace

Romans 15:13 (KJV)  Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. 

The believer’s life in the Spirit is filled with hope. The power of the Holy Spirit blesses the heart and strengthens through faith to take hold of the promises of God’s Word. Such a heart is filled with joy and peace.

Joy comes from the assurance of God’s presence and power permeating to guide and direct our life moment by moment. The peace of sins forgiven and blessed communion with Him.

There is an assured future for the believer that is grounded in Christ for He is the God of hope – 1 Timothy 1:1 (KJV)  Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope; 

Thank God for granting His daily filling of the Spirit. Amen.
