1 Corinthians 15:57-58 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

The victory wrought through our Lord Jesus Christ to the salvation of our souls is so great a salvation that we will not realize it until we stand before Him in glory.

Whilst we have physical life, the exhortation is that we serve Him with ever-increasing constancy and strength. Our labour in the Lord will not be in vain. It shall be worth it all.

Let our labour be sweet, let us labour on. Amen.
