2 Corinthians 4:6 The Light of the Knowledge of the Glory of God in Christ
2 Corinthians 4:6 (KJV) For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
The Apostle John wrote to explain that Jesus Christ is that true light that gives life to each one of us and is sustained by Him in John 1:9-13 (KJV) That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Jesus is the Creator of this universe and all in it and He gives life to all, most of all, this truth includes man – John 1:3-5 (KJV) All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
All who will believe that God has come in human flesh in the Person of Jesus Christ will find salvation through Him and everlasting life by Him Amen.
