Hosea 10:12 It Is Time to Seek the LORD

Hosea 10:12 (KJV)  Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you. 

It is time to seek the LORD. It is time to break up the fallow ground. A time to sow that which in the sight of God is counted for righteousness. The Lord will in His good time bring forth the fruit of righteousness in our lives.

Lamentations 3:25 (KJV)  The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. 

Proverbs 11:18 (KJV)  The wicked worketh a deceitful work: but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward. 

There is a time of sowing and a time of reaping. Sowing in righteousness and reaping in mercy is the prophet’s call.

Lamentations 3:40 (KJV)  Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.
