1 Chronicles 16:23 Sing Unto the LORD

1 Chronicles 16:23 (KJV)  Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; shew forth from day to day his salvation. 

The psalmist praises the LORD to extol His salvation grace that is seen in all the earth. The LORD is working mightily in our midst. He bid His people to behold His glory!

1 Chronicles 16:24-29 (KJV)  Declare his glory among the heathen; his marvellous works among all nations. For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the people are idols: but the LORD made the heavens. Glory and honour are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place. Give unto the LORD, ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength. Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. 

He is the LORD God, the living and true God. There is no true god beside Him. Truly, all the gods of the people are idols. His people who know Him surely must sing forth His salvation from day to day. Let us rejoice in Him for His goodness and mercy toward us! Amen.
