Romans 6:4 Walk In Newness of Life

Romans 6:4 (KJV)  Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 

The new birth brings forth a new man. A spiritual man, living on a new plane touching on the divine. A man of faith in God through Christ is a technical description.  The word “new” means of a new kind, unprecedented, novel, uncommon, or unheard of.

This is the word the Apostle Paul used to describe his new life in Christ. Whereas before he was a blasphemer of Christ and His followers persecuting the church, after his conversion, he was her chief advocate. A complete change and turnaround.  

The old man is buried with Christ by baptism unto death, the new man is begotten as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father. Amen.
