Ephesians 5:20 (KJV)  Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; 

Gratitude to God is the teaching of this text as believers are taught to read all circumstances with the understanding that God works out all things for our good. Therefore, all things are under the care of our Almighty, wise and loving God.

Let us learn to rest in Him and be thankful for His care in our lives. Our thanksgiving is directed to the Father in heaven for He bestows all spiritual blessings through His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 13:15 (KJV)  By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
