Psalm 23:6 Surely Goodness and Mercy Shall Follow Me

Psalm 23:6 (KJV) Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

A promise by our Great Shepherd Jesus Christ and He will bless His sheep with His complete care for them day by day and every day, moment by moment and for all of this life and the further blessed life to come in eternity.

What a glorious promise and surely, God’s people can rest in His care by resting in Him always. Keeping constant communion and fellowship with Him through prayer is the best way to appropriate His blessings.

His goodness and His unfailing love abide with His people always and for all eternity.

In dark days, as well as the bright days, the sorrows and the joys, the journeying and the rest, and frequent struggles, we look forward to that heavenly mansion that Christ has gone ahead to prepare for us. Amen.
