Psalm 84:4-5 Blessed Are They That Dwell in Thy House

Psalm 84:4-5 (KJV)  Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah. Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them. 

To be dwelling in the house of God is a picture of worship. These are pronounced “blessed”. There is rejoicing and joy in the heart of these. They find strength in the LORD as they worship Him. Such is the wisdom that He imparts for daily living.

The LORD imparts wisdom and strength to those who tarry with Him. Blessed are those who are found in the house of prayer. He imparts to us His ways as we dwell in His Word.

Psalm 84:3 (KJV)  Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God. 

How blessed it is to worship the LORD our God. Amen.
