Proverbs 8:34 Hear, Watch and Wait

Proverbs 8:34 (KJV)  Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. 

The blessing of the LORD is upon the man who hears Him, watching daily at His gates, waiting at the posts of His doors. The ear is open to hearing the Word of God, the eyes are open to watching every movement of the LORD and the heart with patience and humility waiting for His coming.

Proverbs 8:33 (KJV)  Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not. 

For the man who refuses the wisdom of the LORD certainly, forsake life – Proverbs 8:35 (KJV)  For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD. 

May the LORD give us teachable hearts to imbibe His wisdom for our eternal well-being. Amen.
