Rejoicing in Thanksgiving
As we gather for Blessed Hope BP Church (BHBPC) 10th Anniversary Thanksgiving Service, we are thankful for loved ones and friends who are here to rejoice with us as we, together, give praise to God for His marvellous work of grace in our midst. “How Excellent Is Thy Lovingkindness, O God!” (Psalm 36:7).
The Scripture text for this joyous occasion is taken from Psalm 36:7-10 (KJV).
7 How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. 8 They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. 9 For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light. 10 O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.
BHBPC proclaims God’s Word using the King James Bible, the most reliable and faithful translation of the Bible in the English language. We believe God has inspired and preserved His Word perfectly in the Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek texts underlying the King James Bible or the Authorized Version. This we do, amid a great falling away, the dilution of God’s Word in the modern, corrupt versions of the Bible in Christendom.
In December 2023, the Lord enabled BHBPC to print the King James Version Bible without chapters and verses to speed us along the process of growing in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ through more intensive Bible reading and Bible study.
As a part of our Thanksgiving Service to the Lord, copies are made available as gifts to members and friends who have yet to receive one. It is our prayer that we be committed to read this Bible with the help of the Holy Spirit to understand the text for what it is and as intended by the Author to be received.
Retracing our steps helps us to rest more assuredly in the LORD’s leading moving forward.
To trace our steps in the past ten years, the Lord has helped us compile a Photo Book that will be given out, one copy per family, as a testimony of God’s faithfulness in our midst.

The Beginnings records a brief history of how our Lord according to His good time paved the way for a new outreach.
The Church Life provides a glimpse of our gatherings as a body of believers from worship to catechism to Sunday classes, from fellowship to special events.
The Ministries are an important part of God’s work and each ministry is started by prayer and upheld by the mighty hand of God according to His Word. These include the Lord’s Day, visitation, tracting, media and publication ministries.
The People provides a glimpse of our Pastoral Advisor, Pastor’s testimony and Members’ testimonies.
Thank God for raising BHBPC for such a time as this. Pray that the church will be a beacon of light for the Lord’s witness in these last of last days by declaring the truth of God’s Word with courage and conviction for the conversion of sinners and the building up of the faith of the saints for His glory.
The message of this generation is to declare the coming of the kingdom of God upon the earth. Christ is coming to rule on earth. Earthly kingdoms will soon give way to the kingdom of Christ.
The resistance put up all around us to usher in the Antichrist kingdom, the darkness that is enveloping and threatening to engulf the earth, is but the dusk before the dawn.
With the pure, unadulterated Word of God, the Lord has given us the spiritual sight and the whole armour of God to fight the good fight of faith.
Ephesians 6:10 (KJV) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
