Galatians 2:20 Live by the Faith of the Son of God

Galatians 2:20 (KJV) I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

The Apostle Paul understood God’s love for Him when he saw the risen Christ on the road to Damascus who was before crucified to save him from God’s wrath upon him as a result of his sins.

He understood that his sins has been forgiven because of Christ’s redemptive work. He saw that his sins were dealt with by Christ suffering the penalty of it on his behalf. Therefore by the grace of God, he shall live wholly and holily for the sake of Christ. This was his grateful acknowledgement.

And it is Christ in him that enables him to do so! He therefore humbly acknowledge the secret of his strength to live in consecration to God! Amen.
