Matthew 5:8 Blessed Are the Pure In Heart

Matthew 5:8 (KJV) Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Purity is that which is sacred and holy as opposed to that which defiles. This is the Christian’s great care. That he keeps his heart pure. He will need to keep his spring from poison and pollution.

The Apostle Paul understood well when he said in 1 Timothy 3:9 (KJV) Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.

Therefore the Lord pronounces blessed the pure in heart. They shall fellowship and meet with Gid in blessed communion. This is possible through Christ when we confess our sins and finding cleansing from our sins. Amen.
