Psalm 119:10 With My Whole Heart Have I Sought Thee

Psalm 119:10 (KJV) With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.

The psalmist testifies of God’s blessing upon His people who seek Him wholeheartedly and is obedient to His commandments – Psalm 119:2 (KJV) Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

He realizes the precarious of his own heart and dare not move away from the presence of the LORD and he sought to understand and apply His Word – Psalm 119:34 (KJV) Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.

His prayer was that he may not wander from the commandments of God. Let there be good focus upon the precepts of God and the desire to obey. Amen.
