Revelation 5:13 Worthy Is the Lamb!

Revelation 5:13 (KJV) And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

The creature giving worship to the Creator is the scene before us. The humble acknowledgement of the creature and the condescension of the Lamb of God to suffer for man’s sins that they may saved.

This is a heavenly scene, a consummation when eternal life is accorded to redeemed souls, there is much thanksgiving and rejoicing ascribing blessing and and honour and glory and power to Christ who reigns in heaven having suffered.

The scene describes the entire creation paying tribute to the Creator, the entire universe, especially men, made in the image of God. For the fallen angels have no redemption, but for fallen man there is a way back. What a glorious salvation! Amen.
