Romans 8:37-39 More Than Conquerors

Romans 8:37-39 (KJV) Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The believer’s confidence is from Christ. It is through Christ who loved us. It is therefore ours to experience His presence and power and providence committing to His care.

And so, Christ’s power extends beyond life even in death. He orders them. Christ’s power extends to powers of darkness and evil and seeks to encroach upon the peace of His people. Christ’s power extends past, present and even to the future. He holds tomorrow.

Christ’s power extends beyond physical limitations, He transcends space. And His power extends to the lives of His creatures. He is able to overcome them as He deems fit for His glory. Therefore, the believer maintains his testimony in and through Christ. Amen.
