Matthew 9:22 Daughter, Be of Good Comfort, Thy Faith Hath Made Thee Whole

Matthew 9:22 (KJV) But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

This was the scene before us when the healing of the woman took place – Matthew 9:20-21 (KJV) And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

Jesus says in another portion giving the invitation to all who will come to Him in Matthew 11:28 (KJV) Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

May Christ’s healing and rest upon His people as we come to Him and cast out burdens upon Him. Amen.
