John 4:13-14 (KJV) Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

Our Lord Jesus described the effervescing life that He offers to the sinner. He described as water that will quench man’s thirst forever. It is the satisfaction of being connected to the Fountain of life, Jesus Himself.

Jesus alone can give, He alone can offer. Because Jesus Himself offered Himself as God’s sacrifice for sins that everlasting life may be bestowed upon all who humbly come to Him.

Thank God for the gift of eternal in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen.
