2 Corinthians 10:4 The Weapons of Our Warfare Mighty to the Pulling Down of Strongholds

2 Corinthians 10:4 (KJV) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

The believer’s wields not a carnal weapon but a mighty spiritual weapon that is able to overcome spiritual darkness, through prayer and the Word of God – 2 Corinthians 6:7 (KJV) By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left.

When the believer yields to God – Romans 6:13 (KJV) Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

Putting on the armour of God for protection – Ephesians 6:13-18 (KJV) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
