Psalm 32:8 Instructed And Taught

Psalm 32:8 (KJV)  I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. 

The psalmist was instructed and taught by the LORD in the way that he should go. He was obedient to the LORD’s guidance. He knows the way ahead and can lead His people to still waters and green pastures.

He exhorts God’s people to bear the yoke of His instruction and teaching and resist not His good ways – Psalm 32:9 (KJV)  Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee. 

He that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about. Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. Amen.
