Ephesians 2:6 Raised to Sit Together In Heavenly Places in Christ Jesus

Ephesians 2:6 (KJV) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 

The believer is a priest before God. He approaches the Father in heaven through Jesus Christ, who has won heaven for him by His resurrection from the dead.

When Christ rose from the dead and ascended to heaven at the right hand of the Father, all who trust in His finished work for their redemption also, as the Apostle Paul observed well, are made to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

We can bring our petitions to the Father in Heaven who hears our prayers and answers them because of Christ. What a privilege we have as God’s children! Though here on earth, we are positionally raised to sit together in heavenly places in Christ. Amen.
