Isaiah 55:8-9 The Higher Ways and Thoughts of the LORD

Isaiah 55:8-9 (KJV) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. 

The wisdom of the LORD is infinite. Just look at the number of variety of species of leaves, plants, fruits, animals, and fishes, they attest to the depth of the LORD’s wisdom in His creative work.

The thoughts of the infinite LORD are beyond the comprehension of finite beings. He sees the full picture in every circumstance and every situation. Our understanding is limited to our physical and fallible intuitive senses.

Therefore, the LORD put His people in perspective of things and in our place to humbly bow and adore the glory, majesty, wisdom and condescension to love and save us. Amen.
