Hebrews 13:15 The Fruit of Our Lips Giving Thanks to His Name

Hebrews 13:15 (KJV) By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. 

By Christ, we have our praise and petitions heard by the Father. Christ is our Great High Priest, seated by the Father’s right hand – … when he had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. (Hebrews 1:3b).

Christ receives our prayers and continually brings them to the Father on our behalf until we are conducted to heaven. Let us therefore give thanks to His Name, the Name of Christ.

The praise of God is called a sacrifice – a sacrifice of praise. Such dedication is well said by the Apostle Paul, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His Name. What a blessing this is! Amen.
