2 Corinthians 3:5 Our Sufficiency Is of God

2 Corinthians 3:5 (KJV) Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

Truly, our sufficiency is of God. Jesus said, “Without me, ye can do nothing.”

Let God’s people therefore soberly and humbly come to the Lord for all things and submit to His will in all things. Let His people not run before Him or ahead of Him rather wait upon Him.

As the prophet Isaiah well illustrated in Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Amen.
