Psalm 37:4 (KJV) Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 

The verb “delight” is reflexive, it means to enjoy oneself. To enjoy communion with the LORD. This is through prayer and His Word. There is that sweet fellowship to know the will of God and to understand why it is so good to walk therein.

The LORD shows the way of life, the way of peace, the way of joy. Surely, these are blessings here on earth and more, He leads us into the eternal glories of the heavenly.

In the LORD therefore is true happiness and true health. Amen.
