Proverbs 3:13 (KJV) Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. 

The Bible tells us that the truly happy man is the man who finds wisdom. This speaks of knowing what the fear of God is and understanding the knowledge of the holy.

When our lives are holy before God and man, there is true happiness. When are sins are forgiven and when we are walking in righteousness therein is true happiness as summed up in the commandments of God.

There is a heart disposition to seek to obey the will of God a fear to offend Him, and a desire to draw close to Him and experience the beauty of holiness. Amen.
