Romans 11:33-36 O the Depth of the Riches Both of the Wisdom and Knowledge of God!
Romans 11:33-36 (KJV) O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! 34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counseller? 35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? 36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.
The Apostle Paul was humbled by the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God which God has revealed in his assessment so much to him and yet he knew that this is but a speck of sand in the vast shore of God’s knowledge.
He realizes the infinite nature of God’s wisdom and the vastness of the knowledge of God, and he in awe and full surrender, gives Him all glory.
He realizes that all his being is from the Lord and he cannot begin to fathom how his body and soul all come together to function so immaculately so that he has life and being and the ability to know and adore Him. A privilege that has quietly dawned upon him though he could not fully get over it and perhaps never will and get grateful. Amen.
