Matthew 6:13 (KJV)  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

The Lord’s Prayer brings us to ask for His protection so that we may be delivered from every temptation – 1 Corinthians 10:13 (KJV) There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 

There is an escape route that the Lord will provide for every temptation, may His people be prayerful to find it.

To deliver us from the attack of the evil one, we are asked to pray for deliverance. The Lord has power over Satan’s wiles. Let us come to Him, He will certainly deliver. Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
