Psalm 104:33-34 (KJV) I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. 34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD. 

The psalmist declares in his soul that he will sing unto the LORD as long as life is accorded to him. His song is a song of praise.

He has experienced the goodness and grace of the LORD and he acknowledges his blessings through the praise of his lips. His song comes from his taking time to meditate upon the Word of God.

There, in God’s Word, is the sweetness of the LORD experienced and translated into life’s reality. There is gladness in the heart as he waits on the LORD. Amen.
