Isaiah 50:4 (KJV) The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned. 

The prophet Isaiah extolled the Lord God for instructing him. The Lord, Isaiah testified, wakeneth his ear to hear as the learned. To learn the instruction of God’s wisdom.

How precious it is to be taught by the Lord GOD both in private and corporate worship. As God’s people draw nigh to Him, He draws nigh to them to instruct them how they might have a word in season to him that is weary.

This is the wisdom that is mercifully endowed upon them that wait upon Him to them that hear and hearkened will also be comforted and be a comfort to the weary. Amen.
