Isaiah 33:5-6 (KJV) The LORD is exalted; for he dwelleth on high: he hath filled Zion with judgment and righteousness. 6 And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the LORD is his treasure. 

With the LORD exalted on high ruling, there is judgment and righteousness. In such an economy, there is true stability because the laws of God are taken seriously and implemented and adhered to.

Indeed, with the LORD ruling, there is the strength of salvation. He has come to save and He now comes to rule. And there is rejoicing everywhere because the salvation of the LORD fills the earth.

And the LORD is feared, He is honoured and treasured for Who He is and the people understood and are immensely grateful to Him. Amen.
