Isaiah 43:11 (KJV)  I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. 

Only the LORD is qualified to be Saviour. He alone can truly save.

He only is God, there is no other – Isaiah 43:10 (KJV)  Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 

It was the LORD who chastise Israel and sent them in exile to Babylon for seventy years. It is the LORD also who will cause them to return to the land again after with Israel having learnt her lesson. Amen.
