Psalm 27:14 (KJV)  Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. 

The heart of the psalmist in the midst of a great trial trusted the LORD and He delivered him from all his troubles.

He therefore recommend to God’s people to wait on the LORD for their deliverance too. Waiting on the LORD requires good courage to look to nothing else but the LORD.

And in doing so, the LORD will show Himself able to strengthen the heart of His people to hope in Him for their deliverance. He does not fail. Amen.
