(1) Duties of Christian Fellowship

Believers should engage in frequent spiritual conversation for edification, according to the measure of their gifts.

Malachi 3:16 (KJV) Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.

Ephesians 4:29 (KJV) Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Colossians 4:6 (KJV) Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

Ephesians 5:4 (KJV) Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 (KJV) Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

Hebrews 3:13 (KJV) But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

Jude 20 (KJV) But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

Acts 18:26 (KJV) And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.

1 Corinthians 12:7 (KJV) But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

Ordinarily, Eph. 4:29, 5:3-4; Heb. 3:13. Believers, in their ordinary daily discourse, ought to be continually mentioning the Lord in helpful, profitable conversation, and not waste their opportunities with foolish, light, frothy words that are out of place.

(2) Prayer Meeting

Thank God for Wednesday night prayer time.  The church meets every Wednesday night 8pm for prayer at the Praise Chapel.

There will be exhortation from God’s Word. We are currently studying the Book of Isaiah.

Jeremiah 33:3 (KJV) Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

Do make an appointment with the Lord for corporate prayer. Amen.
