Proverbs 30:5 (KJV)  Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. 

The Word of God is pure, every word of it, tried in the furnace of the earth, purified seven times. It is therefore reliable, authentic and most help for all who embrace it – He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him.

Let God’s people put their trust in Him. Is there any other help than from the LORD? There is not!

The shield is a defence weapon that protects all that wields it, so is the LORD to all who put their trust in Him. May His love be renewed and strengthened in the hearts of His people. Amen.
