Psalm 143:11 (KJV)  Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble. 

The psalmist plead with the LORD to grant him the fullness of the Holy Spirit’s unction to do His will – Psalm 143:10 (KJV)  Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness. 

He sought the LORD to deliver his soul out of trouble that he may walk the way of righteousness and be delivered from the snare of the evil one and his heinous ways. That the LORD’s Name may be glorified.

It is for the LORD’s honour that the psalmist be kept to do His will demonstrating His power, faithfulness and goodness. That the LORD would mete out His justice and truth according to His promises to preserve His people. Amen.
